Criminal Penalties in MEDICAL states & Federal Statutes Conflict

Do you know the penalties, even in Medical Marijuana states?  Possession is not enforced in WA.  However-a cop who is motivated given five seconds and creativity will come up with less than that to think of a reason that they can arrest you for it.
