Summary of "Legal" Marijuana & Discussion

SUMMARY: Fifty-six percent of voters approved Initiative 502, permitting an adult to possess up to one-ounce of cannabis (and/or up to 16 ounces of marijuana-infused product in solid form, and 72 ounces of marijuana-infused product in liquid form) for their own personal use in private. The public consumption of marijuana is subject to a civil violation and fine. The law took effect on December 6, 2012.

Colorado Legalization

SUMMARY: Fifty-five percent of Colorado voters approved Amendment 64, which legalizes the adult personal use of cannabis and calls on state lawmakers to enact regulations licensing its commercial production and sales. Private possession of up to one ounce is no penalty. Private cultivation of up to six marijuana plants, with no more than three being mature is no penalty. Transfer of one ounce or less for no remuneration is no penalty. The law took effect on December 10, 2012.

Did obama tell the truth about the marijuana?  No, he shuts down dispensaries!
In one year, my own has been forced to shut stores down, and also to move constantly.  In addition I live in one of the states with the highest sales tax, now applied to my medication-and folks, it's not like nearly 10% is nothing.  Is Rite Aid taxing medication?

A president who compares me with a drug kingpin or a drug lord, is laughable.  Um, I am a six footer weighing at 138.  Think I am running a full op?  No, I pay bills first like most.  I am honest about my use, and lastly?  I still am the same as anyone.  Skinny and sick, yes.  Getting better, I pray I do.  Is it a cure, no.  A game, and something to try because "WTH, no biggie?"  Okay, now that that point is clear, I can begin looking at future articles in looking back on the pros and cons of the past few months since I stopped weedlegal4medicine and began this new blog.

It is mainly for informational purposes, and also to help those needing one place to go-if anyone has questions I can legally answer, a request for a post, then I will do what I can.

But I am one person, and I am still sick.  But I feel that since limited treatments-successful or not, are available for Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, and my additional diagnoses of Gastroparesis and also Thrombocytopenia.

To clear up my view on I-502, I voted no.  It puts it too close to the hands of children, and street weed at that.  Second is it is poorly written and too loosely written-thus summarized well by Norml above.  Also, there is no quality control, growing with no paperwork thus far as I know is not totally up and up, but lastly, it's simply too unpredictable to not be under some kind of medical supervision-especially when ill.  Since GP and RSD are my diagnoses, then yes, that is the planned discussion for this blog.

Just an example, Rite Aid, sorry.
